Well, the trade days started today, and it had a bit for everyone. From Small civilian aircraft to giant military cargo planes, they were all there. Some highlights for me were seeing the TAVAS WW1 aircraft up with their New Zealand counter parts – and we have some exciting news on that front to tell you about soon.
There was platy of aerobatic flying as well, and the start of the show was spectacular. Also, a special revealing of an F/A-18A Hornet with new markings, the “Warimi Hornet” and features art work to honour the Traditional Owners of the land in which RAAF Williamtown sits. Here it is at its unveiling ceremony today
